What is a Sneaky Peek?

A Sneaky Peek is a special preview event where we show you selected pieces from our upcoming collection before the official Sneaky Peek release day. It’s your chance to see the silks up close—on video, on real bodies, and in real life—so you can start building your wish list and plan your picks with confidence. Watch for Sneaky Peeks, available on Youtube, Instagram, Facebook and our website home page. If you have signed up for newsletters, you will receive a an email reminder on Sneaky Peek days.

Why Does Everything Say “Sold Out” Before the Release?

Before 11:00 AM on June 29th, products will appear as “Sold Out” to everyone — these are simply placeholders. Once the collection goes live, you’ll be able to shop as usual.

After 2:00 PM on June 29th: If an item shows as sold out, it is truly sold out and will not be restocked.

Shopping Strategies

Items are not reserved in your cart — checkout secures your piece
If something sells out while checking out, remove it and complete your order
Try searching by product name to add pieces one by one before final checkout

Shipping and Combined Refund Policy

We’ll automatically refund excess shipping charges when:

You place multiple orders that can be combined
Your order qualifies for free shipping

On June 29th (Sneak Peek Release Sunday): Any shipping overages will be refunded to your original payment method within 72 hours of your last order.

On regular days: Refunds will be processed when we generate your shipping label and pack your order.

Return Policy

You may return your items within 7 days of purchase for store credit, as long as they are unworn and in original condition. Wabi Sabi pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Storefront Closed During Sneak Peek Release

Our Hamilton storefront will be closed on Sunday, June 29th so we can focus on supporting your online shopping experience.

When Will My Order Ship?

We will begin shipping Sneaky Peek orders on Thursday, July 3rd, after the Canada Day long weekend, in the order they were received.

Please note that there may be slight shipping delays for your Sneak Peek order this time around as courier services will be closed for Canada Day/Independence Day.

We are currently not using Canada Post or USPS due to ongoing strike concerns. We’ve selected reliable alternate carriers to ensure smooth delivery.

Good News for Our U.S. Customers

The de minimis loophole is still in place as of June 4th, 2025 — meaning there’s no duty on shipments under $800 USD for any products that are available for you to purchase from our store. (We have removed all Chinese-made goods from our website to prevent you from inadvertently getting tariffed.)
