Our Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer an exchange or a store credit for products returned in their original condition within 7 days of purchase.
Within North America:
$20 Return Shipping from the Canada and US. If you are located in Canada or the Contiguous United States, we will send you a shipping label at a cost of $20 that we will deduct from your return. The process is really easy!
Outside of North America
If you are returning a purchase from outside North America, you can still click on the green link below to begin the process.

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
Please let us know in advance if you require more than 7 days and we will try to accommodate you.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, tags attached.
Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to the store.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
