What is a SNEAKY Peek?

A Sneaky Peek is a special preview event where we show you selected pieces from our upcoming collection before the official Sneak Peek release day. It’s your chance to see the silks up close—on video, on real bodies, and in real life—so you can start building your wish list and plan your picks with confidence. Watch for Sneaky Peeks, available on Youtube, Instagram, Facebook and our website home page. If you have signed up for newsletters, you will receive a an email reminder on Sneaky Peek days.

Why Does Everything Say “Preview” Before the Release?

Before 11:00 AM on December 7th, products will appear as “Preview" to everyone. Once the collection goes live, you’ll be able to shop as usual.

Shopping Strategies

Items are not reserved in your cart — only a completed checkout secures your piece
If something sells out while checking out, remove it from your cart and complete your order

Shipping and Combined Refund Policy

We’ll automatically refund excess shipping charges when:

You place multiple orders that can be combined
Your order qualifies for free shipping

On December 7th (Sneak Peek Release Sunday): Any shipping overages will be refunded to your original payment method within 72 hours of your last order.

On regular days: Refunds will be processed when we generate your shipping label and pack your order.

Return Policy

You may return your items within 7 days of purchase for store credit, as long as they are unworn and in original condition. Wabi Sabi pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Storefront Closed During Sneak Peek Release

Our Hamilton storefront will be closed on Sunday, December 7th so we can focus on supporting your online shopping experience.

When Will My Order Ship?

We will begin shipping Sneak Peek orders on Tuesday, December 9th in the order they were received.

We are currently not using Canada Post/USPS due to ongoing strike concerns and issues around international shipping with these carriers. We’ve selected reliable alternate carriers to ensure smooth delivery.

Please let us know if you need your order asap and we can prioritize your shipment.
