By Wednesday evening at 8:00 PM EST, the upcoming Friday Live collection will become visible online on our home page and under “Everything Silk” in our website menu.

Approximately 20 of the pieces in the collection will be brand new release pieces.

These are the pieces we will showcase during Friday’s Live and officially release for sale on Sunday at 8:00 PM EST.

Pieces marked as “PREVIEW” will display as sold out or unavailable until the official Sunday 8:00 PM EST release time.

Any pieces not marked “PREVIEW” will be available for purchase immediately.

Sunday — New Pieces from the Weekly Collection Drop for Sale at 8 PM EST

At 8:00 PM EST on Sunday evening, all Preview pieces officially become available for purchase.

The website will be password protected from 7:45 PM to 8:00 PM while we get things ready behind the scenes. Refresh your screen at 8:00 PM EST to begin shopping.

Because all pieces are one-of-a-kind, popular items may sell quickly.

Why Do Some Things Say “Preview”?

Before Sunday at 8:00 PM EST, all upcoming release pieces will appear with the label “Preview.”

This allows you time to browse the collection, plan favourites, and prepare for release night.

Once the release officially begins, Preview products automatically become available for checkout.

Shopping Strategies

Items are not reserved in your cart — only a completed checkout secures your piece.

If something sells out while checking out:

remove the sold item from your cart
continue checking out with your remaining items

Because every piece is one-of-a-kind, we are not able to place holds or reserves.

Shipping and Combined Shipping Refund Policy

We’ll automatically refund excess shipping charges when:

multiple orders can be combined
your order qualifies for free shipping

Combined shipping refunds are typically processed within 72 hours of your final order.

On regular business days, shipping refunds are processed when we generate your shipping label and pack your order.

Return Policy

You may return your items within 7 days of purchase for store credit, as long as they are unworn and in original condition.

Wabi Sabi pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

When Will My Order Ship?

Weekly release orders will generally begin shipping on Mondays and Tuesdays following the Sunday release, in the order they were received.

If you need your order urgently, please reach out and we will do our best to prioritize your shipment.
