Tariff Information for U.S. Customers

Please note that the U.S. Government has closed the de minimis loophole. This means that all products entering the United States are now subject to duties and tariffs.

What this means for you

NO SURPRISES AT THE DOOR! Duties and taxes are now calculated and paid at checkout. You will not be asked to pay anything additional when your package arrives.
The duties shown at checkout are currently calculated by Shopify. They are generally 10% but please be sure to check the actual amount at checkout as things are always changing with US tariffs!
In reality, total landed costs are often higher than this 10%. To help make shopping manageable, we are subsidizing a significant portion of these costs on your behalf.
You may notice slightly higher shipping rates at checkout. This includes a small administrative fee that helps us absorb part of the remaining duties and brokerage costs.

Our goal is simple:
To remove surprise charges at the door and keep shopping with us as accessible as possible.

Shipping & Tracking

Orders shipped via Canada Post / USPS can be tracked on the Canada Post website until they reach the U.S. border, and then on the USPS website using the same tracking number.
We currently ship using carriers that support prepaid duties, including Canada Post.
