A one-of-a-kind 7/8-length coat by Québec designer Réjean Pépin.

This piece is composed of multiple layers of exceptionally soft leather, creating depth in both texture and colour. Panels include deep teal, navy, black embossed leather, ochre tan, and brown, arranged to give the coat a balanced yet expressive composition. A subtle asymmetrical hemline adds movement to the silhouette.

Select areas incorporate performance fabric for additional weather resistance, while the sleeves feature felted wool for warmth and flexibility.

The construction reflects Pépin’s layered approach to design: softer leathers provide fluid movement, while slightly thicker leather panels reinforce areas where the buttons are anchored. The signature shawl collar may be worn open or fastened to create a sculptural, scarf-like neckline.
