A sculptural, one-size cape by Québec designer Réjean Pépin.
The base is hand-dyed cotton — dyed by the artist himself — giving the fabric its layered, organic character. Patch pockets are crafted from boiled wool, adding structure and natural water resistance. Additional boiled wool detailing reinforces key areas while introducing subtle contrast.
The shawl collar combines cotton gauze with embroidery and boiled wool. It can be worn open, softly draped, or buttoned high for added height and warmth. One panel falls naturally, creating the effect of a built-in scarf.
The sides are open for ease of movement and layering. The silhouette remains fluid and adaptable; it may be customized if a more closed shape is preferred.
Lightweight yet substantial.
Designed for three-season wear.
Each piece is entirely unique — a reflection of the designer’s hand and process.
Each piece is one of a kind. Sizes are easily altered by moving buttons. We have done our best to estimate size but be sure to check the product measurements below. Have questions? Want to see more pictures? Message us--we can help!
