Hand-Painted Leather Artistic Messenger Bag by Pepin Designs
A one-of-a-kind messenger bag by Québec designer Réjean Pépin.
The body and flap of this exceptional piece is entirely hand-painted in shades of purple and sky blue, accented with touches of yellow and magenta. The surface has a pointillist quality, giving the piece depth, movement, and visual texture.
The base is made from brown leather and trimmed with black faux leather, a thoughtful detail that helps reduce additional weight while maintaining structure and durability. The front features two closures, with both buttonholes reinforced in yellow felt and finished with handmade brown Fimo buttons.
The strap attachments are reinforced where they join the bag, adding strength to an already carefully constructed piece. The shorter strap allows the bag to be carried close to the body.
An interior pocket provides added storage and organization.
Designed for versatility, this bag can be worn crossbody or carried over one shoulder.
