Multi-Tonal Orange Textured Leather Messenger Bag by Pepin Designs
A one-of-a-kind messenger bag by Québec designer Réjean Pépin.
This striking piece is crafted from multi-tonal orange textured leather with a distressed finish that gives the surface depth, variation, and character. Both the body of the bag and the flap are finished in the same rich tone, creating a cohesive overall design.
The flap features layered appliqué details, including a panel of grey diagonally printed pigskin with a yellow reinforced buttonhole, as well as a contrasting panel of black ostrich-printed leather. The closure is completed with a handmade cobalt blue Fimo button centred with dark brown.
Trim throughout the bag is finished primarily in performance fibre and dark grey felted wool, adding lightweight structure and softness.
The strap is made from textured pigskin in a deep chartreuse tone with hand-applied splatters of lavender, pink, and red. It is backed with black felted wool for comfort while wearing.
The base is constructed from cognac leather with matching cognac trim for durability and a grounded finish.
An interior pocket provides added storage and organization.
Designed for versatility, this bag can be worn crossbody or carried over one shoulder.
